ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of PTI has submitted a request for a closed-door hearing regarding the bail application in the cipher case.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has scheduled the FIA's miscellaneous application for a hearing on Monday.
The miscellaneous application was filed by FIA Special Prosecutor Shah Khawar, and Chief Justice Amir Farooq will preside over the hearing of this application tomorrow.
It's worth mentioning that the bail application of PTI's chairman in the cipher case is also on the docket for a hearing on Monday.
