The army chief visited a Corps Level Collective Training exercise of Strike Corps, aimed at validating offensive operational strategies, according to an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) news release.
He observed intricate manoeuvres led by an Armoured formation equipped with cutting-edge VT-4 tanks.
COAS met participating troops, praising their enthusiasm, operational proficiency, and professionalism. He stressed the significance of combat preparedness and mental agility to counter diverse threats effectively.
Addressing the evolving threat landscape, he emphasized the importance of cohesive coordination among different military arms. Additionally, he lauded the achieved expertise in nocturnal operations.
Upon arrival, COAS was welcomed by Commander Mangla Corps.
