In Islamabad, an Accountability Court once again postponed the indictment of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and his wife, Bushra Bibi, in the £190 million National Crime Agency (NCA) scam, commonly referred to as the Al-Qadir Trust case.

Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir, presiding over the case at Adiala jail, delayed the filing of charges against Khan and his wife in the Al-Qadir Trust case due to Bushra Bibi's absence during today's proceedings. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Deputy Prosecutor General, Sardar Muzzafar Abbasi, along with prosecutors Amjad Perviz and Irfan Bola, were present in court. The hearing for the case has been adjourned until January 31.
