ISLAMABAD. Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar on Tuesday said that the reforms agenda of the FBR was on track and the government was committed to build the capacity of the institution and to bring about all necessary changes that would make FBR a more efficient organisation in terms of revenue collection and service delivery.
A statement added that various proposals were presented in a meeting on which the PM agreed and gave a go-ahead to the finance minister for carrying out the reforms in FBR. Kakar is fully supportive of the FBR's reforms initiative. It added the reforms under the customs were also on track.
