KARACHI: Gold Prices Rise by Rs1,000 Per Tola in Pakistan. Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend on Tuesday, reflecting increases in international markets. In the local market, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs1,000, reaching Rs304,200.

Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs857, bringing it to Rs260,802, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). This rise follows Monday’s increase of Rs1,700 per tola, which pushed the price to Rs303,200.

On the global front, gold prices also climbed. According to APGJSA, the international gold rate was recorded at $2,910 per ounce (including a $20 premium), reflecting a $10 increase for the day. Despite fluctuations in gold prices, silver remained stable in the local market, with its price holding steady at Rs3,350 per tola. Last week, on Friday, gold prices in Pakistan hit an all-time high of Rs306,200 per tola, driven by international market trends and local demand. Gold prices in Pakistan are influenced by various factors, including global market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, and economic conditions, making it a crucial asset for investors and traders.
