In Karachi, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs 300, reaching Rs 216,400 per tola compared to its previous rate of Rs 216,100.
The cost of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs 257, now priced at Rs 185,528 per ten grams versus its earlier rate of Rs 185,271. Similarly, the rates for 10 grams of 22-karat gold escalated to Rs 170,067 from Rs 169,832 per ten grams, as reported by the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The prices for silver, standing at Rs 2,660 per tola and Rs 2,280.52 per ten grams, remained unchanged. Internationally, the market saw a $3 increase, marking the price of gold at $2,050 from its earlier rate of $2,047, as per the Association's report.
