In Karachi, Rauf Siddiqui, a senior member of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), has extended an invitation to Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, the former Prime Minister, to consider joining MQM-P.
This invitation follows Abbasi's resignation from his role as the Senior Vice President of Sindh for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), his absence from a recent PML-N meeting chaired by Nawaz Sharif in Lahore, and his non-participation in Nawaz's homecoming rally.
The invitation was made during a meeting in Karachi, and Rauf Siddiqui expressed his openness to Abbasi's potential involvement with MQM-P.
Additionally, Dr. Farooq Sattar, during a meeting with Miftah Ismail, an estranged leader of PML-N, extended an invitation for Ismail to join MQM-Pakistan.
Sattar visited Ismail's residence in Karachi and stressed the importance of assembling a team of capable individuals during the challenging circumstances in Pakistan.
