Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), expressed strong disapproval of the inclusion of a lion in the party's political campaign rally in Lahore.
The three-time former prime minister is set to lead the election rally in the NA-130 Lahore constituency. PML-N spokesperson and former federal minister Marriyum Aurangzeb stated that Nawaz Sharif has issued a directive for the immediate removal of the lion from the event.
