Islamabad, Pakistan - The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued a critical alert to all taxpayers, requiring them to reset their IRIS (Integrated Revenue Information System) passwords within the next 4 days.
According to the FBR, a staggering 13,446,015 taxpayers must take immediate action to update their passwords and ensure uninterrupted access to their IRIS accounts. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or other penalties.
Taxpayers can reset their passwords by visiting the IRIS website and following the prompts. The FBR has also established a dedicated support hotline for assistance.
The password reset requirement is part of the FBR's ongoing efforts to enhance the security and integrity of the tax system. Taxpayers are urged to take this matter seriously and take prompt action to avoid any disruptions to their tax obligations.
