Sources have revealed that the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has finalized three individuals as potential candidates for the position of governor in Punjab. The selected candidates are Makhdoom Ahmed Mahmood, Qamar Zaman Kaira, and Nadeem Afzal Chan, according to reports from Geo News.
Of the three contenders, Makhdoom Ahmed Mehmood is considered the top choice due to his widespread acceptance, including within the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party.
