In Islamabad, the Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing for a case regarding lifetime disqualification.
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa will lead a seven-member bench, including Justices Mansoor Ali Shah, Yahya Afridi, Amin-Ud-Din Khan, Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Muhammad Ali Mazhar, and Musarrat Hilali, to address the matter concerning lawmakers' lifetime disqualification.
The hearing is set for tomorrow morning at 11.
The Supreme Court recently issued an advertisement seeking input from potential candidates intending to participate in general elections regarding this lifetime disqualification issue.
Candidates were invited to submit detailed written responses to the Supreme Court for consideration.
