Shafina Shah: It has been an incredible journey so far. Winning the title of Ms. Pakistan World 2023 was a dream come true for me. It opened doors to represent Pakistan on the international stage, starting with Miss Global 2023 where I was honored to receive the Miss Congeniality title. Now, I'm thrilled to be gearing up for Miss Universal 2024, which will be held in Cambodia in March. It's been a whirlwind of excitement and opportunity.
Farhan Kotwal: How do you feel about representing Pakistan in Miss Universal 2024, especially considering it's the first time Pakistan is competing in the inaugural pageant of Universal Woman 2024?
Shafina Shah: It's an immense honor and privilege to represent my country on such a prestigious platform. The fact that Pakistan is participating in the inaugural pageant of Universal Woman 2024 adds to the significance of this opportunity. I am proud to carry the hopes and dreams of my nation with me as I compete alongside contestants from around the world.
Farhan Kotwal: Apart from your pageantry endeavors, you've also ventured into acting. Can you tell us more about your recent projects?
Shafina Shah: Yes, acting has always been a passion of mine. Recently, I had the opportunity to be a part of the Bollywood movie "Animal," which was a fantastic experience. The response from fans and critics has been overwhelming, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills on such a platform. Currently, I'm working on a Pakistani movie, which I'm very excited about. It's a different challenge, but one that I'm fully embracing.
