Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Vice Chairman, was rearrested by Punjab police outside Adiala Jail.
This happened after his release on bail related to the cipher case. The police requested an end to his 15-day detention under the 3-MPO, resulting in his release and subsequent rearrest.
Previously, he was arrested by RA Bazaar police in connection to an attack on the General Headquarters (GHQ). Yesterday, the PTI Vice President had been detained in Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail for 15 days under the 3-MPO.
