The Sindh government has imposed a ban on pillion riding on motorcycles on the 11th and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal:
A notification has been issued by the Sindh Home Department regarding this matter.
In Central Karachi district, pillion riding on motorcycles will be prohibited on the 11th and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal. In East district, the ban will be in effect on the 8th, 11th, and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
In Hyderabad and Dadu, the ban on pillion riding will be enforced on the 11th and 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, while in Ghotki, it will be on the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
Furthermore, Larkana, Qamber Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Jacobabad, and Nawabshah will also witness a ban on pillion riding on the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal.
