The UNRWA has disclosed that a minimum of 330 individuals lost their lives while seeking refuge in its facilities within the blockaded Gaza Strip.
They reported 230 occurrences of attacks on their premises and the people taking shelter inside since the commencement of the conflict, resulting in direct hits on 66 different installations. Out of the approximately 2.3 million residents in the Strip, the organization stated that at least 1.4 million Palestinians are currently seeking refuge in its facilities, while an additional half a million are residing in nearby areas.
