Since morning, severe rain and wind have battered the area, compelling people to seek winter attire, as reported by Al Jazeera's Hind Khoudary from Deir el-Balah in central Gaza.

Many evacuees from the north departed without their winter clothing, leading them to approach unaffected households, pleading for garments. One woman shared her struggle to find a suitable winter jacket for her baby, spanning over two days.

The widespread displacement has rendered numerous individuals homeless, deprived of basic necessities like food and clothing. The current conditions are incredibly harsh and are progressively deteriorating. Palestinians are seen traversing the rain at a refuge camp in Rafah, located in the southern Gaza Strip, where the majority of civilians have sought shelter on December 13, 2023.
